I care, we care A.P.S. is a non-profit organization (non-profit organization of social utility) pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 460/97 therefore individuals and companies that make a donation can benefit from the tax concessions provided by Italian law.
Private individuals can deduct the disbursement in cash or in kind for an amount not exceeding 10% of the total declared income, up to a maximum of 70,000.00 euros per year (Article 14, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 35/05 converted into Law no. 80 of 14/05/2005); alternatively, they can deduct 19% of the disbursement from the gross tax up to a maximum of Euro 2,065.83 (Article 15, paragraph 1 letter i-bis of Presidential Decree 917/86).
Companies can deduct the disbursement in cash or in kind for an amount not exceeding 10% of the declared business income, up to a maximum of 70,000.00 euros per year (Article 14, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 35/05 converted into Law no. 80 of 14/05/2005); alternatively they can deduct the disbursement, for an amount not exceeding Euro 2,065.83 or 2% of the declared business income (Article 100, paragraph 2 letter h of Presidential Decree 917/86).
Please note that: to take advantage of the tax benefits it is necessary to keep the donation certificate (bank statement or credit card statement). The insertion of the Fiscal Code at the time of the donation will automatically bring the donation in deduction in the Unico form or in the precompiled 730/740.
